So I honestly had a different blog post in my mind for today, but I’m trying to flesh it out so I come across as mature and not just having a whine-fest. So rather than look at that hot mess, I thought I’d post this one.

Last weekend I had a couple of girlfriends over for a wine party. We’ve known each other since middle school which means we have major dirt on one another. It also means we adore each other because we’ve been friends this long.

Since I’m not one to host a party without some fun I decided to make each of them a couple of gift bags.

First up on my gift list – custom wine glasses! I found these adorable black-stemmed wine glasses and then these peel and rub decals that just went together wonderfully.

I also wanted to give each of them a monogrammed wine stopper to go with the wine theme. 

Next I figured they would remember me a lot with these notepads. :: Wink :: That’s right, I’m going to worm my way into your heart by any means possible LOL!

Lastly, I gave each of them something fun that reminded me of them. A little “something” that just screamed out their individual name and personality.

Voila! You have a gorgeous gift bags for each of my special ladies. 

Food wise, well it was a wine party. A girl night. Ergo CUPCAKES BABY! I wish I could claim I made these but I totally didn’t. I did add the decoration though.

Then we had some deviled eggs, of which I will post a recipe for later this week – super easy and involves mustard and mayo. Ain’t this the cutest little egg display?

Lastly we had cheese and bread and a personal favorite, bruschetta. Oh and wine. Lots of wine. (It was a wine party after all!)

These ladies are my everythings. No really, they are my heart in so many ways. Is it any wonder why?
